Subject: Cut out silhouettes, prints that stand up, what are they called, who does them?

Years ago there was a chain of photo places called Tiny Doubles, they
took pictures, blew them up about to 4x6, laminated to plexiglass, cut
just the silhouette out, and put them on stands so it looked just like
a tiny version of the person or pet etc was standing there.

What is this called now? Searching for photo print silhouette got me no
place.

Who does this?
