Subject: Creating avatars under 5KB

As a long time Photoshop user I love Microsoft Digital Image Suite. It is so
user-friendly...One thing I cannot manage to do as easily as I can with PS
though is create small file size graphics for the web. The same, say 60x60
pixel graphic I create in DIS is around 7 or 8KB...when I create it and save
to web in PS, which goes to Image Ready, it will come out at 2KB and look
great.

I have tried the save a copy..."for email or web" from the file menu. It
tells me it will be 2 KB or so, but after I save it the properties tell me
it's 8KB...

Any help would be appreciated. I'd really hate to load up PS again just for
this...
