Subject: Archiving in DIS 2006

I am looking at buying DIS2006 but want to confirm something about archiving.
1. When images are archived onto a CD are they deleted off the hard disk?
2. Does Image Library keep a thumbnail of the picture after it is archived?
3. If it does, does it keep a reference as to the name of the CD which has
the photo?

Basically I want to be able to remove pictures from the hard disk but still
have them in the library and a reference to the CD which has the photo.
