Subject: simply fuzzy c-means problem

I wrote the aplication (C) using fuzzy c-means algorithm for
1-dimensional value (temperature). I need change this aplication to two
dimensional points a(xa,ya) (temperature, preasure);
membership grade matrix uij, distance is trival but how compute cluster
center "cij" who is now 2-dimensional point.
