i'm sorry, but i don't want to forget about the frames, i really need
to transform frames and not vectors,
btw. if i needed to transform vectors then it is just rotation by angle
phi = n1 dot n2 around an axis a = n1 x n2, but as i said, this is
VECTOR transformation, but i need orthogonal frame transformation.
