If N=(a,b,c) then the projection matrix P is P=Id - Q/(a^2+b^2+c^2)
where Id is the 3x3 identity matrix and Q =
[ a^2 ab ac ]
[ ab b^2 bc ]
[ ac bc c^2]
This is for a plane that passes through the origin. You'll need to add
a translation, for another plane.
