Subject: Need help - looking for DCS file spec.

Sorry if this is off topic, but I figure some of the people here would
likely know the answer to this:

I would like to implement DCS or DCS2 exporting into an in-house image
utility I am in the process of writing but I'm hitting a brick wall
trying to find a usable file spec for this format. Can anyone help?!
