Subject: locating adobe stock photos

I am unable to see stock photos in my favorites in Adobe Bridge. I've read the other postings, but those suggestions haven't worked. I've reinstalled bridge, and tried to install the new version of stock photos, but it tells me to install bridge and stock photos 1.0. Any more suggestions? Any other info you need?
