I finally spend hours on the phone with tech. I didn't even have the folder Adobe Stock Photos in the Adobe Folder on my hard drive, so they concluded that it was never installed or that it didn't come in my downloaded program. So I had to uninstall Photoshop CS2 and Bridge. Download the program again and do a clean install. It really wasn't much trouble. In the uninstall I was given the opportunity to keep the activation (I think that's what it was called) file. So after updating both programs the stock photos in the favorites folder showed up.
