Luc,
A few of questions if I may. You say there is no field to enter the key word and all the icons on the top right are missing.
1) Is there a banner that says "Adobe Stock Photos at the top of the page (not the title bar of the window.) ?
2) What is the page content you are looking at? Does it look like a file browser or does look like a page with informational content?
3) Is there a button bar at the top of the content portion of the window that has buttons named "Main" "Overview" "Providers" and so on.
4) What OS and what version of that OS are you on?
