Hi Sean,

First make sure that the Library/Application Support folder has the correct permissions.

To change the permission on the Adobe folder.

1. Log in as the root user.
2. Select the Adobe folder in Library/Application Support, and choose File > Get Info.
3. Expand Ownership And Permissions, and then expand Details.
4. Change the permissions for Owner, Group, and Others to Read & Write.

After that, remove the Creative Suite by following the instructions in the "How To Uninstall.pdf" in the Adobe Creative Suite 2.0 folder. You will then need to reinstall with the updated permissions. This should resolve the problem.

Please let me know if it does not.
