Hi, Daniel.. how´ve you been.
I´m new in the stock photo, but i´ve read some helps which can be useful to you.
In the Bridge click edit > preferences
Look at general if stock photo is checked for the favorite panel subset.
If yes, we have a problem haha
Try to re-install all the applications (Photoshop, Bridge, Help Center, Stock Photo and so on)
Now, when installing, look above in the progressive slider we have showed what Photoshop is installing at that moment.
Has Stock Photo been installed??
I apologize if my answer is not so good, i´m trying to help even I do not have so much information about it.
