Subject: Can't access stock photo from thumbnail

Search results thumbnails appear OK, but when I click on any image, the message that appears in the pop-up Image Details box after about 1 minute is "Image provider cannot find image or resolution information. Please try later." This happens with all images. Any suggestions?

Bridge CS2 (1.0.3.106 (99489)), Mac OS 10.4.6, PowerPC G5 Dual 2GHz, 1GB RAM, ADSL (no connection problems),
