Sarah, Art has summarised this. I'll be more specific.

Make sure you have ACR 2.4 in CS.

Use the 3.3 DNG Converter to convert your 5D raw files to DNG. (It doesn't change them, it simply adds new files).

ACR 2.4 will then handle those DNG files.
