I believe the default K temp isn't something that's measured and recorded by the (any) camera, but is approximated first by the camera's and then by ACR's white balance settings.
If your studio set up seems to have a color cast... have you run the Fors' calibration scripts/routine to calibrate your camera(s)? That would be a good starting point to set a baseline standard for your set up.
Ofer and above that, though, I think you'd need to beg, borrow, or steal a Kelvin meter. And that may be problematic because the only ones I've seen are intended for constant light sources, not strobes.
