You MUST get rid of the one redundant ACR plug-in.

Correct installation;

* 1. Exit Photoshop CS
* 2. Open the Finder
* 3. Navigate to Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS/Plug-Ins/File Formats
* 4. Move the existing plug-in to another location (for example, a new folder on your desktop). Ensure that you keep this version in case you need to revert back.
* 5. Copy the Camera Raw plug-in, Camera Raw, from the download into the same folder as in Step 3.
* 6. In the Finder, do a Command+F search on "Adobe Camera Raw" to find the redundant plug-in(s) you have in another folder(s) and TRASH it/them.
* 7. Launch Photoshop CS
