The DDI color space is a color space for image files. It is the same idea as sRGB, Adobe RGB, Pro Photo RGB etc. It is one that Micheal developed to include the possible gamut from the digital cameras sensor and its custom profile. I cannot find it on his web site right now. You are talking about camera profiles. Michael Shaffer got it right above.
