I have never used a fisheye lens, but it seems to me that it would be very difficult to match the disclosures because of the wide area covered. Automatic exposure isn't going to work. When I decide to assemble a panorama shot, I match the images as closely as possible and then I go ahead and use the panorama feature in Photoshop. As soon as the panorama is displayed I make note of which images don't match and then I cancel out of the panorama dialog. I make the adjustments, which have to be done by trial and error. Then I build the panorama again. I repeat this process until I get the images to match.
