Subject: Re: Fuji S3 Pro Wide-2 D-Range files
If ACR does use the Fuji S3 camera's 'S' and 'R' pixels, and they are 6 megs for "S" and 6 meg for "R" (12megs sensor) And if as you say, ACR is capturing the wider dynamic range Fuji captures with this camera from both sets of pixels, then why does ACR convert down to a 6 meg file and Fuji converts it to a 12 meg file...? Does anyone know What's happening here? I would then have to upscale the image in Photoshop and create more data noise with ACR, trying to gain the 12mb image again? I am a bit unclear... thanks
