Processing the DNG file using "as shot" inputs gives me an image that
does not match the camera processed JPG image.




This has been discussed ad nauseam in other threads. Please do a forum search.

In a nutshell, ACR is NOT designed to emulate the in-camera conversion that camera manufacturers use to generate the JPEGs.

Nevertheless, you can produce whatever results you desire with ACR.

The ACR defaults are only a starting point.
