Bruce Fraser's book on Adobe Camera Raw has a great explanation of this. You need to select the five images in Bridge and Open in Camera Raw (as John explained above); put ACR in Filmstrip Mode. Then click on the Synchronize button in the upper left. The same ACR adjustments that you apply to one file will be done to all five.
