Michael, an upgrade *is* the full program - it uses nothing
from the previous version, it simply requires a serial
number that the installer uses to verify that an upgrade is
valid. It will automatically check for existing
installations, or ask you to insert your CD for the earlier
version if it doesn't find one, but it doesn't use any of
the earlier software.
