The numerical difference: just ignore it.
Nikon and Adobe have slightly different calibrations, and that's all there is to it.
(well, that and Nikon not documenting their values or calibrations)

As for the color - that shouldn't be off (unless you're trying to force in Nikon's numbers, which won't be right).

The original camera setting doesn't matter - what looks right in ACR matters.

And I don't think the camera calibration will help.
