While it is true that “some” lenses can affect colors, other than chroma fringing artifacts this is generally not an important consideration.
If you do have an unusual lens or filter, you can create a uniquely named calibration default. ACR will not automatically detect the lens (or filter) and select a different camera default.
The same is true of different calibrations for different light sources.
