What do I need to do to get a thumbnail preview in windows file manager?

Shooting with a Nikon D2x camera raw. OS = Windows XP pro SP2 CS2 & Bridge 1.0.3

Using latest raw plugin 3.3? downloaded today 2/5/06. Placed it in file per instructions on forum... common file... yada yada

What do I need to do to get a thumbnail raw preview?
