adobe.photoshop.camera.raw

Subject: RAW and Kelvin Temp.

This is confusing.
Daylight is 5500K
Cloudy is 6500K
Shade is 7500K

How can this be?
When in daylight it feels much warmer so I move to the shade and it feels cooler.
But Kelvin says the temperature is higher in the shade.
Any help?
