Subject: Photoshop Elements and Thomas Fors script

I am using a Nikon D70 and very much an amatuer. I have found several posts for the problem I am having with the bland look of a RAW file. I have found that I need to use the color card and do a calibration. This is automated in the Thomas Fors script. Can a script be used in Photoshop Elements and if not is there some other way of calibrating in Elements? Also, does this calibration have to be done with each lens that I use or is it just with the camera. Is it easier to just buy the Nikon Capture software and if I purchase this would I still have to do calibrations? Thank you for any information.
