Subject: Photoshop Camera Raw vs Apple Aperture

There have been alot of talk amongst pro photographers on online discussions
about the perceived quality of Raw Image Converson into Apple's new Aperture software and Adobe's Camera Raw.

This is a VERY HOT topic as many photographers would love Aperture to have a really solid raw conversion, but right now many feel it isn't on par with Adobe's offerings....

I am personally, still running tests between the 2 programs, but so far Adobe Camera Raw comes out on top.

I have noticed banding in Aperturem when you crank the contrast and it concerns me that is doesn't have luminance smoothing control as well as curves.....

Bibble's RAW conversion looks really good, but who wants 2-3 programs in their workflow.....
