Help Please Help
Ive just purchased PS Elements 4 to use with my Canon 20D. The problem I have, is that when I connect my camera to download RAW photo,s via USB, with Elements 4 open, the Adobe Photo Downloader comes up with the message "This device does not contain any supported media"
If I then download directly into my Windows Pictures File, Elements 4 can read the RAW files from there.
My Operating System is Windows XP Pro
1G RAM
