Subject: Camera Raw, Photoshop and Bridge are automatically turning my BW unprocessed RAW images to color

Hi All,

I have a Canon Rebel XT and I use RAW format when taking images... my problem is that I have set the camera to take black and white images and when I go to process them in Camera Raw or open them in Bridge or Photoshop (CS2) they automatically change into color. Does anybody know why this is and how to stop it from happening?
The images are B/W in my Canon software and look that way on my camera so am really not sure what to do.
