Subject: Camera Raw In Elements 4.0 not working
I downloaded Camera Raw 3.3 installed it as outlined and it does not seem to be working. I am using Photoshop Elements 4.0. When I click on Help I do not see any menu item about "Plug-ins". This indicates to me that something is wrong. Beyond installing the file, what else am I suppose to do?
