1.Multi Ink this it very much needed.
2.Name all used colors (to be used with see below)
3.Find & replace color. This will facilitate the removal and replacement of process colors to spot colors in blends meshes and tints where it is not easily replaced by merging.
I can see no valid reason for overprinting white as that has lead to many costly reprints when the reverse type disappears, if you really need a plate for printing a white base create a spot color "Opaque White" and overprint that instead.
