Didn't you ask for top 11 features?

1) Better Document Resizing (Either with handles, or at least like how Photoshop resizes canvas.

2) Scalable paragraph and tab settings.

3) Make Pattern fillss not disappear at large sizes

4) Export individual layers to individual pages in PDF.

5) Better Slice control.

6) Better CSS support and integration with type styles.

7) Cleaner file integration between Photoshop and Flash. (yah, right)

8) Type anti-alias options like Photoshop

9) Better Options bar, more like Photshop (with a place to dock palettets)

10) Separation Preview

11) Better flattening capabilities
