Subject: When is AGS going to support more TIF formats?

We recently installed AGS, only to find out that it has limited support for TIF files. Of course AFTER we spent several thousand dollars we found the KB article which describes this:

So what efforts (if any) are being taken to get AGS up to the same supported formats as Photoshop? The current KB solution of asking the user to "open the file in Photoshop and save as another type of TIFF or as a PSD" isn't acceptable since that's why we bought AGS in the first place.

Does anyone have other suggestions on how to automate this process? Sorry to sound bitter but we're a little disappointed in how the product is going to work in our environment with these types of limitations.
