Subject: Reader 7.0 cannot read created PDF

I have a PDF which Document Server has created (in version 1.4 according to the documentation) which works fine in Acrobat 5.0 but when I try to open it in Acroread 7.0 I get an error "There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired".

Any ideas? Is there a compatibility problem with Document Server 6.0 and newer versions of Acroread?
