Getting the load and the save to work are the hardest part. You're probably making some small error in the way you have the XML structured. Post an example of an XML command set that fails for you. This snippet should work in the context you are using above where the load and save work:









You're sure test.jpg is really a valid jpeg (and not a PDF or...)

One suggestion is when working with a new set of XML commands, it's easiest to verify that the XML works using the command line interface with the log level set to 7. (This is the way the Adobe examples are setup.) It's more obvious which line of XML is causing the problem as you watch each line of the commands execute in real time. Plus, the error message will immediately follow the problem line of XML.
