My understanding of DeviceRGB and DeviceCMYK is that they specify unmanaged color-- use the device's default colors.
AGS supports ICC profiles. (I'm not clear on the overlaps and differences between ICC, CIEBasedA, and CIEBasedABC)
However, the main issue is that SVG in general, and AGS SVG workflows in particular are RGB only. There's no way around that.
