I coudn't get your SVG to display in IE or Illustrator.

There was an earlier report on the forum:
When attempting to flow text within an svg document (and convert it to pdf), I get the following error:

Warning rendering the flow text: 'the text region is incompatible'.

The problem appears to be with the line:

Removing all decimal places, or setting all decimal values to be the same (e.g. .555) seems to remedy the problem
