Illustrator 10 (or even Illustrator CS2) can load but doesn't display your SVG.

I suspect it's your coordinate system (everything else looks normal).
viewBox="32612.51 -7633.65848 4328.27500000001 2885.418"

Why a:
min x of 32612
min y of -7633
width of 4328
height of 2885

A Save as from Illustrator CS2, reports a warning that the "Transforms are expanded".
