I agree. It's very disappointing to spend so much on a product to see such a lack of support or even acknowledgement of direction. It baffles me that they haven’t brought the product up to the same code base as PhotoShop so the upgrades are in sync. Assuming they’ve got a reasonable installation base this has got to be a fairly large revenue opportunity considering how much we paid and will continue to pay for upgrades. (I’m sure it’s small compared to PhotoShop revenues, but it’s got to be worth it.)
With the lack of support for CS or CS2 it’s only a matter of time before AGS becomes unusable for many installations. It’s not realistic to expect people to save their files as older formats and loose the very functionality that the new PhotoShop releases give them.
