Subject: Problem converting PDF to raster
Hi,
I was converting a PDF file to raster to generate a thumbnail of it and I have encountered a problem.
The problem is all the fonts in the PDF file has been changed into dots so the thumbnail I have created (which is in JPG format) is not readable containing only dots.
Anyone know what might be the problem?
It think it is caused by font encoding for embedded fonts or the font is missing in the server but it's only a wild guess.
The font is embedded into the PDF file as subset.
