adobe.document.graphics.server

Subject: OffendingCommand: image

When converting a PDF to greyscale I get the error in altercast.log below.
( I'm running AGS 2.1 on Windows Server 2003).
Any idea how to fix this? (upgrade RIP? If so how do you do that?)
