Subject: Error :500 within Manage Accounts

Will admit to just getting started on this. Have DS installed on Server 2K3 SP1 and patches. Java 1.4.2 installed, Perl 5.6. Apart from the fact that I have no idea what this beast is supposed to do , or how to do it, I am getting an Error:500 Internal Servlet error when I open the Manage Accounts window.

Get the feeling I am going to have to get past this before I can continue. If anyone can also give an idea how bog standard users will be able to merge PDF's together using this server then that would be helpful as well, as I haven't got a clue where to start.
