Subject: Converting PSD files created in Photoshop CS1

Hi

When trying to convert images created in CS1, I receive either of the following error messages:

1 - Could not open 'psd_image.psd' because the slices were in an unsupported format. :: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException

2 - Could not read the text as XML because a parse error occurred at line 2, column 82. :: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHeaderException

I have read elsewehere (http://groups.google.com/group/adobe.document.graphics.server/browse_thread/thread/25b945c50113669c/2343757bb851c2c7?lnk=st&q=AGS+slices+were+in+an+unsupported+format&rnum=1&hl=en#2343757bb851c2c7
) that problem 1 may be due to Photoshop being released after AGS. I have not been able to establish whether this is a known error.

Any suggestions/advice? Specifically whether there is a workaround! Any information would be greatly appreciated.
