Subject: Can you save an image with "Slices" as a gif or jpg?

Is there a way that you can save an image containing slices as a complete gif or jpg while retaining the links within the slices?

I'm trying to change the header on a message board but it won't take html as an image source and I can't seem to make my image save as anything but a bunch of slices. I'm new to ImageReady and not quite sure how to go about this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
