Subject: Raw (SR2) and DNG look different in Camera Raw

Hi
Can anyone tell me why the Sony R1 .SR2 files do not look the same in ACR as the DNG files created from that same file?
The .SR2 files look much closer to the matching JPG files.
The white balance on the files as displayed by ACR is different, as are the default settings ACR chooses. Even if I set the WB to be the same, and use + to view without settings, the files are different.
