IMPORTANT! We accept orders on account only from established companies that have faxed us a signed Purchase Order on their company letterhead. We allow an established customer a payment deadline of 30 days from purchase.

Upgrade Policy
Upgrade policy: minor updates (e.g. 4.0 to 4.1) are free. Users of previous
versions (e.g. 3.0 to 4.0) are entitled for a discounted upgrade. If you
purchased in 30 days before the new version was released, you are eligible
for a free upgrade.
