THE RESULTING IMAGE CANNOT BE DIVIDED TO SEVERAL LAYERS, AND, THUS, THE WATERMARK CANNOT BE DELETED. PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOU DID CREATE COPIES OF ALL PICTURES YOU WANT TO PROCESS WITH WATERMARK FACTORY.

  1. I have lost my product key. Is there a way to receive it?

  2. When I use the trial version of your program, a logo of your company appears on each picture I generate. Is there a way to get rid of this logo?

    3. The logo is a special watermark for trial version. As soon as you purchase the program, watermark will not be placed on the pictures. However, logo CAN NOT be removed from the pictures that were processed with a trial version of the software.

    6. No, there is no such capability. Our program helps to create only visible watermarks.

    8. Watermark Factory supports TIFF format only as an input one.

    10. A watermark created with the help of our program is nothing but a picture embedded to another picture. The resulting image cannot be divided to several layers, and, thus, the watermark cannot be deleted.
